Using the Staff Portal

Who can use this portal?

Staff at a school using Cloud School - teachers, administrators, accounts, and anyone else the school has given an account.

How do I sign in?

Enter your work email address or phone number, then your password. If you work at more than one school or campus you will be asked which to open.

I have forgotten my password

Choose Forgot Password on this page. You will need your school account number, the email on your staff record and your phone number. Your school administrator can also reset it for you.

I am asked for a verification code

Your school has two-step sign-in switched on. The code is sent to the phone or email on your staff record, and you can trust a device so it is not asked for every time.

My account is locked

Five wrong passwords locks an account for safety. Your school administrator can unlock it from Users Management.
